Our guide, who had been with us since Day 1, pointed out various sights along the way, including the Hari Parbat Fort and the Hazratbal Shrine. We arrived at the gardens just after noon and began exploring their lush grounds. The fragrant flowers and bright colors filled us with joy and excitement, and we took in every detail. We admired these two famous Mughal gardens’ perfectly manicured lawns, symmetrical waterways, and stunning architecture. As we strolled around, it was impossible not to appreciate how much work must have gone into creating such a beautiful place centuries ago. We ended this remarkable trip with a feeling of admiration for the intricate beauty that is found only in Kashmir.
